Thanks Jill. Saw Doctor yesterday and was told we can leave decision a few months as Mirena has greatly reduced bleeding. Next apptmnt in late March and if still bleeding will be scheduled for hysterectomy. I've been told I have "Complex hyperplasia" (don't know what difference complex means) and that during hysteroscopy it was noted that I was not suitable for vaginal hysterectomy due to bulky uterus and that operation would need to be abdominal. Anything more you can add would be appreciated. Thanks
