Hi Alice,
It sounds like panic attack to me. Do go to the doctor and explain it to him, just like you did in this note.
Feeling like you have been winded and tight chested. Sounds like that's how it would feel. I got a bit like that when mum was dying.
Please Alice, go to the doctor!!!! Keep me posted on what he says, either here or emailing me at home
