Hello there,
I had my ovaries taken, along with everything else. To be honest, I didn't notice any difference in sexual pleasure or response. I was 44 at the time of surgery. In fact, I would say in my case, sex improved because I no longer had pain associated with it. I am now 55 and still enjoy and healthy and pleasurable sex life.
I haven't suffered any of the symptoms you mention.
