Subject: looking for successful life storirs following total hysterectomy

I am looking to hear from people who have had positive and successful recoveries following a total hysterctomy. I am scheduled to have surgery in April due to a diagnosis of adenocarcinoma in situ and severe cervical dysplagia. I just got a book about women's experiences and 90% of them were negative. Can someone please share something positive with me!
