Subject: post hysterectomy

i had a total hyterectomy four and half weeks ago now, for the last week i have had uncomfortable pressure in my bottom, it feels like internally around the cheek area particularly when i sit there is a weight, and it feels lik it is throbbing, i have no problems with the toilet and feel great except for this, has anyone else experienced this
