Hi there i had a vaginal hysterectomy in the year 2000 and doing well from it i had up to 10 fibroids on my uterus,not sure if you need a hysterectomy its possible but i suggest wait to hear from your doctor and if you do need a hysterectomy dont be scare i was but i had great support from the girls on this hysterectomy forum,i did the same has you did i done some searching on hysterectomy websites it scared the heck out of me too but its not as scary as they say keep us posted and take care Alice
