Subject: How is everybody doing?

How is everybody doing? I am trying to survive menopause. The hot flashes are somewhat bothersome but I am doing ok.
I am on the Vivelle Patch you put it on every 3 days. The only thing with them is I sometimes forget what day I am on. So sometimes I wear the patch longer than I have too. I wonder if forgerfullness is part of menopause. I seem to lose my mind every now and then. My husband and kids are very forgiving of me. They know when I have the fan on full blast that I am having a hot flash. Another thing that has helped me is I bought a big 4XL Mens T-shirt to wear to bed it helps keep me cool at night. Does anyone else have any other suggestions how to deal with menopause and the hot flashes? Take care all. Always from Bernie
