Hallo Jill and everyone!

Two years after op feeling great. Turned 45 on 6 May and some changes in the blood tests show increase in FSHormone, so doctor suggested a patch, once a week Climara, containing estradiol/estrogen only/. My concern is breast tenderness and increase in bust cup size /is this transitiory? Also concerned about possible bloating and headaches. As for the weight change, it should promote some weight loss from what I read, I exercise regularly but some weight gain was unavoidable after quitting smoking.Any advice ot knowledge from experience form anyone? I do not know whether to agree to HRT or not, a bit afraid of possible side effects.

I am completeing my assignment in Belarus, a heavy one for a woman-diplomat with all my health concerns and going to sunny Bulgaria!
