Hi Maya, it's great to see you back .
I am not sure about breast tenderness. Do you mean before the patch or after.
I would think the patch should elleviate the problem if it's pre existing, but doctor is the best one to ask.
I am also still feeling great.......best thing I ever did was have the surgery.
