I too am experiencing PMS. Goes with the territory of keeping the ovaries. Even tho it can be another roller coaster ride having to continue putting up with PMS without a period, it is a good thing. It means the ovarys are still working well and doing their job providing the much needed hormones to stop you heading into early menopause.

I am taking some natural therapies which work wonders. I take Black Coash; Evening Primrose Oil; Vitamin C and Valerian.

The black Coash and the Evening Primrose oil are really the best of all of them and even stop me having my breast pain from hell.

Drink lots and lots of water as this also seems to make a difference, no caffine at all.

I would never touch progesterone HRT too many other side effects to contend with. But natural progesterone creams and drops under the tounge work well also.

Make sure it is the actual totally natural progesterone tho, as there are some which are synthetic and really don't work as well.

There is a book called 'Hormone Heresy' - Dr John Lee; which gives you all the answers and coping mechanisms mostly natural therapies. Dr Lees died about two years ago but he travelled the world helping women get thru PMS, hormone probs and hysterectomies and other problems associated with being a woman. Check it out.

Good luck.

regards

Keri
