Subject: rectocele

Hi! my mother just had a total hysterectomy Feb.27, 2006 because of uterine prolapse. After only barely 5 months, she is now told by her ob-gyne to undergo another operation because of rectocele. Is this surgery really necessary and what guarantee is there that there won't be another kind of prolapse???
