Karen, my heart goes out to you because after menopause (I'd kept my ovaries and didn't go through menopause until I was 51), I started having migraines again. I find that diet has a lot to do with it. There are foods that are known to trigger migraines. (Chocolate, caffein, avocados, cheese, wine, etc.) I don't eat sugar either. The headaches have gotten better. I find that disease starts in the gut.
