Hi Bernadette,
Yes, quite a few women have mentioned the patches not sticking. I am also on a low dose of premarin. it's has worked wonders for me.
if you move around too much, you will be sore, so try to have a lie down each afternoon..........you will find you tire very easily and need to go to bed fairly early at night.
keep us posted and you will stay in our thoughts and prayers.
