Subject: hip pain after hysterectomy

has anyone experienced hip pain in front area after surgery. I had vaginal hyster. on Nov 9th and after 3rd week started having really bad soreness in hip area in front. still having soreness to the point of discomfort when getting up and down, cannot sleep on sides anymore. Help???????
