Hi again Jill and everyone,

Yes, two years gone already, and your support has been invaluable. From you I heard for the first time after operation about Remifemin and I started taking it for a while, now my doctor is considering it again. But apart from the cyst I am experienceing some weight gain - 4 kg /8-9 pounds/ for a couple of months; I came upon Zalestra in the I-net as a herbal supplement for menopause, aiding in weight loss. Anyone ever tried it? My docotor says we can continue with herbal supplements, which may also help with the cyst, so I would very much appreciate if s.o. could share experience in combatting this awful weight gain. I know it comes with age and menopause, esp. after hyst, and I am trying to exercise and do not overeat but still, you know, it happens.Good luck to everybody,
