Funny you should mention that........i just noticed thrush like symptoms yesterday....will it ever end! I'm doing pelvic floor exercises like you do after having a baby to try and gently strengthen my abdominals and help with the pot-belly i've developed. Still can't fit into a lot of my pre-hyst clothes! Its just like post-pregnancy! Good luck with your bladder infection, hope it clears up soon.
