Subject: adenomyosis,ovarian cysts,pelvic congestion

I have been doctoring for a while, and trying to make up my mind on what to do. I have adenomyosis and probably some endometriosis, I just went to the doctor today and found out my uterus has gotten a slight bit larger in the last couple months plus now I have an ovarian cyst and my doctor also suggested it was possible that I have pelvic congestive syndrome. I am going to try prometrium 100mg for 14 days to see if it relieves some of my symptoms,
I am seriously thinking of a hyst. just to be done with all this but I am only 39 and am kind of worried about the hormone thing because my gyn would recomend taking everything so I won't have anymore problems popping back up (if I leave the ovaries). The more I think about all this it seems I have trouble making a decision.
