Hi Jayne

It is a huge decision and one that you must spend plenty of time researching and searching your feelings.
It's something that you cannot change once it's done.
Are you prepared for hormonal changes and being put into surgical menopause? It's a lot to deal with and needs a lot of thought, which I am sure your giving it.
Does your doctor consider this option? or are you deciding on your own. If it's not a necessity, I personally would be inclined to try alternatives first.....if nothing works and your condition worsens, maybe then your doctor with make the decision for you.
Give it a lot of soul searching and research and when you make your decision, you will know it's an intelligent and informed one.
