Jayne, I've been away from here for a while, and so I've had to do some catching up, but you mentioned wanting to keep one ovary in an earlier post. Then you said your gyn wants to take your ovaries. You need to have a serious talk with her about this. Without ovaries, you will probably need hrt. Hrt can still exacerbate endo as endo is estorgen sensitive. If you have a healthy ovary, without endo on it or around it, it might be something to consider to keep it as opposed to hrt. Don't just let your doctor take your ovaries because they think it should be done. This is serious business. Women can get by on one ovary. What would be the differences in your endo situation with one ovary or hrt? Do you see what I am saying? Food for thought. kb
