You are only 2 weeks post op. You must still rest and not lift, push pull or stretch, so don't try doing too much.
Small walks only......gradually building up to more. But, above all you must rest and look after your abdominal area.
Some spotting or discharge is considered normal, but it is also important that if it worries you, you go to your doctor.
Sit there and tell the doctor everything your feeling, your bodily aches, your emotional struggles. That's is what they are there for. to listen, help and support us.

I know it's hard for other people to understand what we go through, it's a MAJOR change for us and one that can't be understood unless you have been through it.
Try to find a support network through the council or hospital.
Above all, remember your daughter relies on you and your love, you must be there for her long term.
Progesterone cream which is available in pharmacies, wallmart etc is such a help. It's definitely worth you getting and rubbing into soft skin like tummy, where its easily absorbed.
Please, try the cream and ask your doctor to help you.
