I had an lavh, and I went back to work after 3 weeks, but it wasnt' easy. I tired easily. I also had gas pain for a while because I ate solid food too soon after surgery. Sitting in in chair is probably ok. The thing is, if you listen to your body, it will tell you what to do. If it feels uncomfortable, don't do it. In patience you posses a good healing. Your body's hormones are having to adjust because your uterus was a big hormone engine.
