almost 2 weeks post-op........started bleeding

Its been almost 2 weeks since I had an abdominal hysterectomy, I had everything but my ovaries removed. I have been having some bleeding, its not alot and its not all the time. I was wondering if this is normal after a hysterectomy or should I call my doctor
