It depends on the kind of bleeding. Is it just brownish smear, which is normal, or is it bright red? I had brownish spotting on and off for about 3 weeks, and then when your stitches start disolving, you can have some more brown spotting. If you are really concerned, call your doctor. That's what he's there for.
