Gentlemen and Your Ladies,

We have been requested to attend a ceremony on Sunday, April 24th, at the Dido cemetery. Time is set for 1:00 pm.

From 820 North, exit onto 287 Business (Saginaw-Main St). Go 6 miles to Peden Road. Make a left onto Peden Road. After 3 miles. the road comes to a "T". Go right. This is Morris Dido Newark road. The cemetery is 2 miles down on the left.

If you can come, please contact Johnny Wells at lee239@sbcglobal.net. I will have to miss this one.

For those of you who will not be attending Jefferson, and still want to put on the uniform, there will be a dedication in Hamilton for 4 Confederate veterans. Plans are to meet at the Hamilton Genelogy building, and leave at 1:00 to caravan to the cemetery. I will see any of you who make it there. I realize this is on a Saturday, and most of you fellows will be in Jefferson. Give 'em hell, boys, and for any who can't make Jefferson, come on down for this one.

May 14th is one that I'll be especially appreciative to each of you for who can come. That will be the dedication of a Southern Cross of Honor to Pvt. George W. Woodall, Co. G, 14th Texas Cavalry at the Hackbury Flat cemetery in Frederick, Oklahoma. Sgt. Hatch and I took a look at the ground, and it was made for what we do.

Take care and God Bless each one of you and yours.

YOS,

Preston Furlow
