Subject: RE: "It's a Christmas Carol " train at Union Station

The four of us headed to Union Station this morning to see the train. We got there around 10:30 A.M. and after finally finding a parking space we headed for the LINE, along with lots of other people . When I said LINE that's what I meant. It would be a 3-4 hour wait to see the train. Needless to say we didn't wait, which of course Isabeau didn't understand. We instead headed over to Philippe's for a great sandwich. It took us 20 minutes to get out of the parking struture and it cost us $6.00. If you are willing to wait in line for that long go for it.

I was there today with my daughter. Got there around 11 AM and yup, we waited in line. It was more like 4 hours. I wish I had some sunblock as once you got up to the train most of the line was in direct sun. I posted some pictures on Facebook.
