Subject: A rare sighting...

So, am I to understand that Kirk only plays Sundays and Mondays?? How distressing. Guess I haven't been paying attention. Can anyone tell me why this is such a rare treat these days? Is he working more elsewhere? If so, how can one get their Kirk fix outside of D-land? I live in San Francisco, so I don't get to LA that often, but I'd make an effort to seek Kirk out if he plays somewhere else regularly. Also, can someone reassure me that the Billy's are going to continue to play the shoe for the foreseeable future? Kirk takes a moment during every show to thank the fans and it sounds like a farewell tour kinda thing. I get nervous, you know, that I'll show up one day and they'll simply be gone. I just ordered my Billys t-shirt and am so excited!! Finally, a way to express my love for the boys. Thank you for your reassurance. Happy New Year to all.

Actually Kirk performs Saturdays-Wednesdays. He performs with both the Gold and Blue teams. Gold is Saturday, Tuesday and Wednesday and Blue is Sunday and Monday. I know he recently did take some time off (as he seems to right before Christmas), but he was back in the Shoe on Saturday as I had friends in there watching the shows who told me.
