Subject: What's up with the H2o?

I'm sorry this isn't nessessarily "Billy" related (unless they bathe in the duck pond) but I've noticed a lack of water in a few of the attractions and landscape around DL. Anyone know why??

Actually the water flows through DL starting at the Matterhorn which is down for refurbishment.
ending in the J.C. (I think) .
Could be wrong
