We noticed the other day that they are now accepting credit cards to pay for parking. This may be why the line of cars are so backed up.

Now a days most places you go to, you don't even have to sign the slip anymore when you pay by credit card. At least a lot of fast food places, starbucks, etc..

It would make a lot more sense for them to use that system so that the cars don't get backed up because they are so busy!
