[> The Boys were terrific -- Billy-Clark, 09:32:51 07/16/08 Wed (NoHost/204.44.186.129)

I saw the show last night. John and Duane played the first set, all fiddle music, including some recorded background tracks, all performed by Duane, Duane, and Duane. Evan played the second set, all mandolin music. Then, all 3 played the third set, a mix of bass, banjo, fiddles (all 3, at one point), and mandolin. Most of the songs were things I had heard before; but, not for awhile. And, there were a few new things.

There were about a dozen audience members, plus several Marshall family members. And, there were CDs and DVDs galore. Yes, a I bought some.

There is talk of trying to make this a (semi-)permanent gig; but, nothing is confirmed yet.

The bottom line is, including watching them warm up, I had a great 3 hours.
