Subject: SWINGTOWN REMINDER:

Dave E. and Swingtown will be playing at the Carnation Plaza Gardens, this coming Saturday, Oct. 4th. First set is at 7:00 P. M. Come listen and dance to some great music and visit with your friends.

This just in - due to castle filming, Swingtown will only be playing our 9 and 10:15PM sets.

they are setting up for the Miley Cyrus 16th birthday party - Christina has to be at work at 5:30am Sunday to help with they set up (at least I think that is the only thing I have heard going on in the area).

I like Miley. She seems real nice, but how sad is it to close the park to paying tourists at 5pm, so she can have a birthday party that guests had to spend $250. to attend. Thank God some of the money goes to charity, but if I had come to the park from some other state not knowing they would open or close early.... I would have been bummed. Offering me DCA is not much of a exchange either. It was a zoo until they kicked us all out at 5, but the Billys were fun and I got to visit with old friends. Nice weather too! I watched them wheel in her cake. She didn't share it with me. It looked yummy though.

Wouldn't it be nice if we could all have a birthday party at DL like Miss Cyrus did? I'll have to start working hard at making Disney money and maybe than I too can be princess for a day.
