I was just wondering. At some point in the game will players be able to start thier own buisnesses, if so it would be cool if we could make it as realistic as possible. There could be corporations, partnerships, or solo buisnesses. and the size and type of your buisness could depend on how much money, land, labor and capital (such as wood, rock, steele)a player obtains. I personally would like to start a detective agency. Oh well, it's just an idea.

hey i tried to go into the matador bull court when it wasnt quite finished or something and a bull attacked me then i was back where the shops n everything are but i was still in fighting mode, now i try and log on and i am where the shops are but i am in fighting mode and it is acting like i am in the matador (only shows people and events that are in there) but im not so i cant leave or move any where else or do anything and am in a right mess
so i dont suppose aryel could help me out or jonas since you seem to frequent these forums if you could pass on my message to him if he doesnt come here pls

It seems that there is no longer a place to practice the skill Journalism. I would be happy to offer Journalism courses at the Rynn Masterpiece Institute if that is possible. The King of Spades is working wonderfully on the new server. I hope KoS continues to grow, as it is very enjoyable. I'd like to apologize for all the server shut downs that have been going on for the past few days. this is because of an influx of our hits/day on the website (jumped from average 4000 hits/day to 11,000 hits/day!!) the server we're on right now only provides us with 2GB bandwidth/month and that's being exceeded by these excessive hits. so we're going to be moving into a new server very soon where we'll have unlimited bandwidth.

This is about Bushido and Samurai. Bushido is the style/way that the Samurai practiced. Bushi=Warrior Do=Way Bushido=The Way Of The Warrior. An alternative to the "Samurai" skill is Wushu (which is the style of the Shaolin monks.) Judo, Nito-Ryu (Katana & Wakizashi 2 sword fighting.) http://www.martialarts.com/martial-arts-styles/styles.htm is a list of martial arts styles. Have fun!

I found your page in the Free RPG list. The pictures are what caught all my attention and the story got me HOOKED into the king of spades! I'm a fan! First of all, as posted in the News section, the Skills Training feature has been added. Try this out in all the different shops in brooklyn and specifically Marshall University.

Secondly, a few bugs have been fixed, especially the annoying Skill Choosing bug when you first create a character, that plus the bug that doesn't show you the shop after you buy something that's too expensive or too heavy.

So far so good, keep posting new bugs everyone you're doing a great job. So far everything's going as scheduled, hopefully Phase 1.1 will end by December then we can move out of New York City into the rest of the world.

Look out for the ability to examine your objects and look at/trade with other people.

Ok, just to point out a few of the fixed bugs:
1- You can chat again, but the chat database doesn't clear until midnight every day. I'm going to try to fix this to make it a 1 hour automatic clear.
2- The leave shop bug is fixed.
3- The bio bug is fixed.

A few of the bugs I'm working on:
1- Selected skills doesn't show when you first choose them in character creation, even though they are being added correctly.
2- Inventory bug (you can't see your image)

Any other bugs people have noticed?

personally as a greek who follows plato's literature, i was thrilled when i saw a whole chapter dedicated to the lost island/city/continent atlantis. i couldn't believe how you could write a story based on this while making it like as close to the truth as possible. especially the part of the gods meeting, as you know, in the original timaeus and critais (however you spell that!) plato's story ends before the meeting convense, and in your story, you've provided the ending! wow! where the hell do you get your ideas from? i have an insight. i think catopsilia (or whatever) will be the first queen of hearts, am i right? (coz hearts = water)

I think the inter-dimensional pentagram idea is brilliant, now THAT is original. You've just presented the ultimate end of the world scenario: That not only threatens us humans, but the angels and all the other races! Also, I noticed in your reading that you are trying to mix in all the faiths together (so far I've noticed Christianity with the Holy Grail citation, Judaism and Kabbalism with Metatron/Enoch and the Old Testament citations and Islam with the Gabriel/1400 years thing (Islam's prophet died about 1400 years ago). That's genius, putting all the faiths together in the story without preaching or pissing off a specific one). By the way, I have a neat idea, totally new to the RPG world. If there is like a shaman profession in the game, give them the spell: Predict, where they can predict the outcome of a battle (and probably even change an outcome according to their prediction). At the same time, give your priest characters the ability to cast a counter-prediction spell/blessing/prayer. I think it's a good idea anyway. Also, I'm looking forward to the conclusion into seeing how Krome/Aryel is going to KICK Locan's ass for killing (dare I say Krome's former lover?) Diana. I "predict" he'll smack him right square into the face with those "four words" of banishment. Yeehaaa! Peace! Oh, yeah, and reserve Mark The Priest.
