 i had a few sharpei's and one smelt really bad ,it was yeast i found out...it smells fishy and gets in their ears and under their folds,you can buy yeast med for external and a special wash from your vet for his fur and ears ...it takes alot of patience ,because its not an overnite cure.goodluck,
