 There can be many things causing the skin problem. I would opt to remove the dry food and packaged meat from her diet and feed her rice and chicken cooked for at least a fortnight and see if you get any response. I will have to go and dig through some paperwork to help you further but it really is a process of elimination of the potential causes. Food allergies are common and artificial preservatives and colourings should be removed from her diet. Let us know how you go.....did the shampoo help?
