 Well if you're going to divide by the number of tournaments you need to have a list of everyone that played too. So even if Scott wins (he'll have 3 points) then he'll have to divide those 3 points by like 12 tournaments since he sucks so bad. Then, he'll only have 1/4 of a point, which really really sucks.
