I was a heroin addict for 2 1/2 yrs before my family knew. I am a college grad, owned my own home, had worked for an ins company for almost 10 yrs when I started using. No one had a clue what I had been doing. When my parents found out, my daughters went to live with them. I quit caring and quickly spiraled down. My family cut me off financially and refused to enable my behavior. I was in jail last yr for 11 months. I have been clean for 452 days now and thank God everyday my family didn't give up on me.Emotionally they never left me and I know that is what helped me get clean and work my program. Please don't ever give up on him. He needs your love. I pray he can succeed and enjoy a clean life like I have
