My boyfriend and I had been together for close to 2 years before I knew he was a heroin addict. He left me for the drugs and though we still keep in touch I still think about him everyday because I am in love with him and that never dies. All I know is that no matter what he's going through, he always has me here. I've supported him through 3 different rehab's and through 5 different relapses, but he left me anyways, and yet I'm still here. Just please be careful, love is a wonderful thing, don't let heroin ruin it for you. Fight for her to get clean and don't ever give up on her. I believe people can change, even heroin addicts, but it may take more than love to make her change. She might have to hit rock bottom to turn around and it will be hard to watch but you have to let her do it her own way. She has to want to do it and be motivated within herself to do it. You can't do it for her but you can always stand beside her.
