thank you so much for ur reply....i found spoons in his room today....showed my mom and she confronted him and he said he uses them for his cough medicine....there is ring marks on the spoon....so of course he is lying! i would love to get him into rehab but he won't even admit he's doing heroin, even with all the evidence that i found.... even found a reciept for syringes, that he lied and said a friend bought them and left the reciept in his car.... this friend has not talked or seen him in over a month! i also found razor blades in his room....he will just not admit to it, so obviously he does not want help....my mom is not letting him out of the house so he is now starting to go through major withdrawl....but i know as soon as he can get out and get fixed he will! here in Florida u have to want to go to rehab unless u can convince a judge to court order it.....its so messed up, especially not being able to commit a minor to drug rehab! heroin is an evil evil drug and i am so sorry he ever tried it....its very sad that this drug takes over peoples lives and ruins them....he is not the same person he once was.....he to doesn't take responsibity for anything and his mood swings are terrifing....i am currently living at home i am a single mom and my mom helps with my son, since i have a very demanding job....but, i can not deal with this drama every day....worrying about my son finding something....worry about him stealing from me....he has already stole all my son's money out of his piggy bank, about $200 dollars, got caught once and then did it again....no conscious what so ever....my son is 3 and 1/2.....its disgusting! i am 14 years older than my brother (32) so i try to lead him in the right direction it just doesn't work....he has never even had a job....just steals from people to get high.... its quite embarrassing! this all started with him taking pain killers and has led to heroin....
thanks again for ur reply and its nice to talk with someone who has been through this!
