Subject: does it ever get better

does it get easier? ive been clean from herion 10 months now and im craving it really bad! I lost the love of the life, my babys dad due to an overdose sept. 11 of this past year, that is what really kept me clean, but the more i miss him the more i want to cover up my pain and do a blow! its all im thinking about! my veins are now back to normal and i find myself staring at them! somebody help!
