Hi Jen....thank u so much for ur reply! I do appreciate it very much.....he is going through w/d today to the point he was crying and he said he felt like he was going to die.... he wants to get on suboxone, but still won't admit to a heroin problem....he keeps saying it is roxicodone....which is a lie! i have done research on the suboxone and that is also hell to get off....i just don't know....i know suboxone is way better than heroin though....he has agreed to go to an addictionologist....so we are at least getting somewhere with him.....
this disease does just suck the life out of family members and who ever is close to the person that is addicted.... i would not wish this on my worst enemy! the addict does not even realize how much it hurts everyone around them.... my mom was crying today because she just wanted to take the hurt away from my brother....its so hard on her....but she is staying strong for him.....
