Subject: i am 1 year clean

Hi people,

I am just writing to say that tommorrow morning i will be 1 year clean. If i can do it anyone can.

I feel so happy about it. I am on methadone. i started on 40ml and am now on 20ml. I am taking it slowly down.

I have sucseeded beacuse i have changed my friends completely, which is a must. And i know that there is never one hit. Cause 1 hit always leads to more.


I wish you all luck on your path to becoming clean. It can be done.
