Subject: Help please

My Brother is going to try a home detox, He asked me to try to get him some advice off hear. He as aquired some medication,Some Codeine Phosphate 30mgs, and some Dihydrocodeine 30mgs,He wants to know how many of each to take ,and how many times a day,for how long ? Any advice much appreciated thanx
