Subject: what to do now???

My boyfriend admitted to me he uses heroin. i don't do any drugs..although he told me he did drugs..he always claimed cocaine was his drug of choice..He told me he wants me to stay away from him and i'm not sure that will help him to hit rock bottom..what can i do because i love him to death and i don't want to let go AM I BEING SELFISH?
