I know exactly what you're going through. I was addicted for over 10 years & described my life exactly how you just did. The only way I found to stop using was getting on methadone. I posted my story in a seperate thread, above. I haven't used heroin in 2 years. I think there is hope to get your life back. For me I had to be at the end of my rope & really want to quit, as you sound like you are. Let me know if you need to talk. I will always be an addict, but at least I am not using now & have a normal life & it is a very real possibility for me to get off methadone soon as well.
