I have been clean about 4 years and am on 80 mg a day no cravings I have switched from methadone to subutex in 5 days first I got my dose below 30 mg mdone the dr. rxed me 10 oxycontin 80 mgs and told me to get my mind used to those instead of methadone for the next five days taking 80 mg oc 2 times a day on day six your flip day you take no opiates just some valium and phenergan and ambien helped but I did not suffer any withdrawal jumping on subutex 4 mg 3 times a day but I have serious pain issues and sub is so expensive but thats how I did it asha email me
