Subject: Sister who doesn't understand...

My brother recently announced to me that he has been a heroin addict for 6 months and that he is ready to get clean. He asked specifically for my help, but just wanted me to be there for him. I saw him on his 3rd day without using and he was in so much pain that it just breaks my heart. I want to help him with whatever I can but I don't know if I'm strong enough to say no when I need to. I told him he could call me any time he needed to but now I'm scared to death every time my phone rings. Any other family members out there struggling with trying to help an addict?
