I'm sure that Lola does have some attraction towards Marshall, maybe not love (she is only 15, after all). But to clarify one point: Lola did not actually see her attacker as "he came up behind me [Lola] and knocked me [Lola] to the ground... and then... he pushed my [Lola's] head back and his hand was over my [Lola's] eyes."

So Lola never knew that it was Marshall who raped her.
