Having finished SATURDAY, I returned to Amsterdam for a 3rd reading and now am deep into Atonement for the second time. I do believe Atonement is the master work, extremely ambitious and successful at every level. But back to SATUDAY - surely this is a cinematic dream of a book! No screen writer needed! Just let the scenes play out. Anyone have a great idea who could do justice to Perowne?
