"MISTY!!" Ash yelled crawling over to her limp body "No. It can't end this way..." He said as the tears began to form in his eyes. Mewtwo looked over at where Ash was next to the red-headed girl. "What happened here?!" Brock yelled running over to where the explosion was. Then he saw Misty on the edge of death and Ash next to her. Brock felt a surge of sadness inside him. But there was still that other problem "Psskkkaaa!!!" The giant monster screeched preparing to attack again. Mewtwo raised a giant psychic barrier around them so the attack wouldn't affect them "Hurry.." He groaned losing power "I can't hold it off much longer!.." Brock turned at Ash "Ash! We gotta attack now!!" He yelled over the noise. Ash didn't care. If Misty died, a part of him died with her... "ASH!!" Brock tried yelling again but Ash kept ignoring him. Then there was a sudden smash as Mewtwo's psychic barrier broke...
