I was doing Noah's Ark with Year 1 today. It is amazing how it is packaged for kids as a nice story about a nice chap who saved all the animals....

...rather than the animals and the nice man being saved, while God killed off ALL THE CHILDREN in the world, and all the millions and millions of people other that Noah, his three sons and their wives.

It is a story about genocide perpetrated by God.

Actually, I think God is a fiction, of course, which really means that it is a fiction by the sort of nasty people who despise humanity so much that they wish their God to be more vengeful and genocidal than Hitler, Stalin and Pol Pot put together.
