I don't think Peter is accusing you of lying Barbara, it is an issue over language, which is made worse when using forums like this as you can't see someones face or here their tone of voice.
I agree that what goes on in the ja is abusive - the problem is people associate the term with sexual abuse which is a different thing.
Regards your own situation, it illustrates how the ja simply becomes yet another system where people are violated and exploited for some elses satisfaction. So you can go from a situation like pindown to the ja and not be as questioning as perhaps one should be.
and the same will happen with the jesus centres.
